We maintain a hardware / labour database to keep track of all the work we perform on your PC, giving you the detail to understand why your PC is sick and how it was remedied.

Computer Problem Evalution - In Shop You must bring your computer to our office and we will look at it and give you an estimate on repairs no charge.	Free
Computer Problem Evalution - On Site This fee is applied when we come and pick-up your computer or visit it onsite for evaluation without any work being done or it being beyond repairable. If there is a service required on your computer and you give us permission to go-ahead, then this evaluation fee will be waived (FREE).	$20.00
Basic Computer Repair - In Shop You must bring your computer to our office or we will pick up and deliver it for a small fee. ($ 20.00) This includes issues like: Virus removal and disinfection, upgrading of components, installation of software, cleaning, troubleshooting, etc. All major brands supported.	$80.00/hr + Parts
Basic Computer Repair - On Site We will come to your office or home and repair the computer while there. This includes issues like: Virus removal and disinfection, upgrading of components, installation of software, cleaning, troubleshooting, etc. All major brands supported.	$80.00/hr + Parts
After Hours or Weekend rate We are available for work in office down time or weekends if scheduled. Please note for weekends there is a 4 hr minimum. After hours is considered after 5:00PM. Monday through Friday. Stat holidays are considered Weekends.	$120.00/hr + Parts
